Lead Cook
3 year minimum experience as a lead in a cafe or restaurant setting with high volume
Manages the daily operations of a kitchen with proper preparation and execution of all product and recipes
Able to create a seasonal menu while utilizing farm fresh produce from our market
Menu costing and development; order and manage inventory according to budget needs.
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen; create a professional work environment
Oversee kitchen staff; train and mentor staff development
Willing to work extra hours during peak season (July-October)
FT Permanent Only
Lead Baker
3 year minimum experience as a lead baker -high volume sales a plus!
Able to supervise a team of 2-4 depending on season
Experience in developing menus and cost pricing items
Create seasonal baked goods (i.e, pies, cupcakes, cookies)
Willing to work extra hours if needed during peak season (September-October)
Able to flex production according to high volume vs. low volume months.

Assistant Baker
1 year minimum experience as a baker in cafe or grocery setting
Current student status acceptable; Available for PT or FT permanent
Assist with the preparation & execution of daily production; maintain volume levels according to seasonal needs
Maintain a professional & sanitary work environment
Contribute to seasonal menu with creative items
Willing to work extra hours during peak season (September-October)
Assistant Market Manager
4 year minimum experience in high volume store
Assist with the daily operations of market, cafe and events
Must have a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail
Shows initiative, cooperation and maintains great work ethics
Able to change priorities and tasks according to needs
Willing to work extra hours when needed during peak season (September-October)
Key Holder or Sales
2 year minimum experience as a lead in a retail setting or have prior retail experience in a high volume store
Assists with daily operations including receiving shipment, pricing and merchandising
Assigned department as a lead which entails being responsible for the efficiency of that department.
Willing to work extra hours during peak season (September-October)
FT or PT hours available (must be available weekends--1 weekend day off season)
